Abstract

When we talk about "Public purchases" in general, we usually embark on thinking only about the work related to the facilitation of government purchases and even the dynamizing element of the economy that arises on the occasion of the coordinated work between convening institutions and the bodies that regulate such state purchases, leaving in the background the role as a supervisory body that the regulatory institutions of the public procurement system of each country have.
