Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to this journal. All submissions will be evaluated by an editor to determine whether they meet the objectives and scope of the journal. Those deemed suitable will be sent for peer review before a decision is made on acceptance or rejection.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included in it, such as photographs, documents, or datasets. All individuals identified as authors must consent to being listed as such. When applicable, the research must be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the country where the study was conducted.

An editor may reject a submission if it does not meet minimum quality standards. Before submitting, ensure that the study design and research argument are properly structured and clearly articulated. The title should be concise, and the abstract must stand on its own. Meeting these standards will increase the likelihood that reviewers agree to evaluate the manuscript. Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Editorial

A section intended to introduce, contextualize or reflect on the main topics of each issue. It will be prepared by the Editor or by an expert expressly invited by the Journal.

Contributions intended to document, analyze and disseminate practices, projects, reforms, initiatives or innovations implemented in the field of public procurement, with the aim of generating lessons and knowledge that may contribute to improving the system.
